When can I transact business with the Credit Union?

The M-NCPPC Federal Credit Union is open to its membership Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. During this time all transactions are taken in a timely fashion.

The Credit Union is open for Pick-Ups Only Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Absolutely no transactions are allowed after 3:00 p.m. including, but not limited, to loan applications, deposits, withdrawals or general questions.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays generally are slower days than Mondays and Fridays. Avoid Mondays and Fridays whenever possible. Response time is slower and often Credit Union personnel do not have time to discuss loan applications, credit issues or major requests.
